feel them tense. This was the first time I had spoken in hours.
"Hurry up, he's waiting," Sawyer said.
My blindfold was finally pulled off. I had to blink several times to be able to adjust to the brightness of the room we were in.
I couldn't explain what it looked like. All I know is that it was a very big room, with luxury sofas and carpets.
The door opened and the person I believed we were waiting for arrived.
"What do we have here?" The man said, his eyes scanning me. He was so tall he had to bend his head a little to get through the door. I'd say he's at least six-four.
"She's a spy!" Jessica blurted.
"I'm sure it can speak." He said, raising my chin slightly, forcing me to lock eyes with him.
My throat dried up, and all of a sudden, I couldn't find my voice.
"Who are you?" He let go of my chin.
"Cat," I said slowly.
"What?" he raised a brow.
"Cat!" I said a bit louder.
"Who sent you Catherine?" He asked, his stare becoming intensely uncomfortable.
