She had only been gone four days and things had changed faster than she had expected.
"It is important that you know the things he likes," Dariel said.
"I am aware of that, father," Angelica said.
"Do you think he would be upset with you once you return?" he asked.
"I highly doubt it. I also doubt he has noticed my absence, he is a very busy man and there are several things he must take care of.".
Ohara did not like how things were going. Knowing both Dariel and Angelica, they would end up arguing if they continued this discussion.
"My love, we are eating, I believe we should focus on our meal and we can discuss this another time," she suggested sweetly.
Dariel and Angelica were too alike that they did not even see it themselves. They were both stubborn and stiff, and when someone was not ready to bow for them, it would turn into a serious problem.
"You are right my dear, we should focus on eating. Other matters can be discussed later," Dariel agreed.
"Lovely," Ohara smiled.
