Pippa fixed her hair and straightened the creases in her gown. It was such a lovely carmine gown, it did not deserve to be ruined by her tears.
"Once more, you do not have to go in there if you do not want to," Fallon repeated once more. He knew Pippa was reluctant to go back in there filled with people that would gossip about her. However, her pride would not allow her to relieve herself of such stress.
"That is not an option. I will hold my head high and carry myself the same way I have been," She said.
"You are a very strong woman my dear, and I am sure you will be alright," Glendora said. "I am going to look for your father, Fallon, would you help me?" she asked.
"Of course mother," He said. "Will you be alright on your own?" he turned to Pippa.
"I will be fine, I am alright," Pippa nodded, she walked into the waiting hall.
"I will see you later," Fallon said. He offered his mother his arm and smiled, she took it and they walked away.
