Not sliced, not torn apart, no blood flowing—simply gone as if it had been erased entirely from existence.
The mage's mind raced in confusion as he hurriedly leaped several metres away from Grey, still suspended in the air.
Had Z5's face been visible, Grey would have seen the shock, disbelief, and total confusion etched across his features because he could not comprehend what had just happened.
"How…how did you do that? What exactly is your fifth affinity?" Z5 stammered, struggling to regain composure.
Grey's grin widened to an almost frightening degree as he stared down at the man.
"Why don't you come and find out for yourself?" he replied, his voice carrying both amusement and menace.
