If only everything that couldn't be escaped came with cuddles, kisses, and fart-blowing.
But because there were simply those whom even fate couldn't afford to be kind to, a different kind of ending just couldn't be helped.
Like one particular pirate who'd just slipped through a newly opened crack, loudly complaining about being assigned such a thankless and tiring job when there were plenty of others who could've volunteered instead.
After all, wasn't it bad enough that he had to accompany a terrifying beast no one else wanted to go anywhere near?!
Of course, that was merely what he wanted the others to believe.
Because inwardly, the scoundrel was practically snickering at the opportunity to sneak away without anyone watching him, giving him plenty of time to smuggle out as many things as he could carry!
So why would he ever let the others discover the beauty of being the one assigned to manage the shortcut?
