"....."
Lowering its head in defeat, the Nine-Tails sulked.
"So, you're just waiting for that old Sage of Six Paths to step in and clean up this mess?"
Takuya chuckled and patted the Nine-Tails' nose, tilting his head up to look at it.
"How about you go handle it? I'll support you. Just leave part of your chakra in the seal, so Kushina probably won't die, and then you can go one-on-one with the Ten-Tails."
"I'm giving you the chance to wipe the Sage of Six Paths' ass for him."
It was common knowledge that a Jinchūriki would die if their Tailed Beast was forcibly extracted.
However, under specific conditions, that "certain death" could be avoided—like leaving behind some chakra before the separation.
Sensing the terrifying chakra of the Ten-Tails, the Nine-Tails immediately chickened out, forcing a laugh.
"Uh… no thanks. Since you said the old man will take care of his own family drama, I'd rather not get involved. I'd feel awkward facing him again."
Oh wow, since when did the Nine-Tails care about other people's feelings?
Was this really about the Sage?
Yeah, right!
It was scared—afraid the Ten-Tails would devour it!
No need to make excuses.
If the Infinite Tsukuyomi didn't absorb enough chakra, would Kaguya Ōtsutsuki even revive?
Would this whole family soap opera of the Sage and his mother even take place?
"ROAR!!!!"
As it neared the coastline, the Ten-Tails continued its march toward the Hidden Cloud Village.
Its movements were awkward, swaying as if it couldn't maintain its balance.
But no one dared to underestimate it, regardless of its clumsy gait.
"No matter what, we have to stop it."
Senju Hashirama refused to sit idly by.
He rushed toward the coast, with Senju Tobirama and the others quickly following.
Placing his hands together, Hashirama closed his eyes.
The moment he reopened them, he had already entered Sage Mode.
"Sage Art: Gate of the Great God!"
Massive wooden torii gates rained down from the sky, slamming into the Ten-Tails' tails and pinning them to the ground like giant nails.
The enormous beast was forcefully restrained at the coastline.
"No surprise there—Grandfather really is something else," Nawaki muttered, comparing himself to Hashirama and coming to an unfortunate realization.
If he ever had to fight someone like his grandfather, he wouldn't stand a chance.
Not even for a second.
But restraining the beast was all he could do.
A single Gate of the Great God wasn't enough to completely suppress the Ten-Tails.
No matter how powerful Wood Release was against Tailed Beasts, the Ten-Tails wasn't something that could be easily contained.
At the very least, Hashirama alone wouldn't be able to do it.
And sure enough, Uchiha Madara, standing atop the Ten-Tails' head, wasn't even moving.
He was just watching, completely unconcerned.
Not only was he uninterested in making a move—he looked entertained.
It was clear he found this show quite amusing.
"Hashirama, do you like the gift I brought you?"
"Madara!! Stop this! It's not too late to turn back!"
Hashirama still tried to reason with him, hoping he would abandon the Infinite Tsukuyomi plan.
But there was no point in talking.
Madara had already lost interest in exchanging words with Hashirama.
He was focused on searching for Takuya and Kushina.
And of course, he found them.
Neither had stepped onto the battlefield.
Instead, they remained at a distance, simply observing.
Not trying to stop him.
Yet still standing by the Nine-Tails' Jinchūriki.
Takuya's behavior only deepened Madara's suspicions.
What exactly was he planning?
Logically, Takuya should have done everything in his power to stop him from carrying out the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
But strangely, the resistance from Takuya was barely noticeable.
It was so insignificant that it could be ignored entirely.
Was Takuya supporting him?
Or was he trying to stop him?
Despite being involved in key moments, Takuya had never openly intervened to sabotage the plan.
And now, even as it reached its final stage, he still hadn't made a move.
Where did he truly stand?
What role was he playing in all of this?
What was he waiting for?
Was there a hidden scheme?
Madara's mind was occupied with all these thoughts, and Black Zetsu wasn't faring any better.
The more Takuya didn't act, the more uneasy they felt.
They were convinced he had some unknown plan in motion.
His inaction just didn't add up.
He was one of the leaders of the Five Great Shinobi Villages.
His lack of resistance to the Infinite Tsukuyomi should have been impossible.
It wasn't as if he had no ties to his village.
Yet here he was, doing practically nothing.
Everything about his behavior was baffling.
Because of this, Madara found himself completely focused on Takuya.
So much so that he had no time or patience to deal with Hashirama's words.
To be fair, Gate of the Great God was an incredibly powerful sealing technique.
Even the Ten-Tails needed some time to break free from it.
But that was all—just a little more effort.
It wasn't an insurmountable obstacle.
"ROAR!!!"
Restrained by the seal, the Ten-Tails let out a furious roar.
Then, its massive body began to swell—bulging grotesquely.
Under the stunned gazes of the shinobi, its flesh split open.
From within, countless monstrous creatures crawled out, swarming toward the Allied Shinobi Forces.
"Prepare for battle!!!"
Having recovered from his injuries, Rasa took over the command of the alliance forces.
Under his leadership, the shinobi of the Five Great Nations charged forward, engaging the Ten-Tails' grotesque spawns in combat.
No one had expected the Ten-Tails to be capable of splitting itself apart like this.
But despite their surprise, the Allied Forces were holding their ground.
"Kill them!!! Don't let these monsters interfere with the higher-ups—wipe them out!!!"
Once bitter enemies, the shinobi of the Five Great Nations had now set aside their past grudges.
They fought side by side, cutting down the Ten-Tails' spawns.
Fire Release squads.
Water Release squads.
Lightning Release squads.
Taijutsu squads.
No one fought alone—each shinobi was grouped with others who shared similar combat styles.
Through careful coordination, their combined strength was far greater than any past shinobi war had ever seen.
After all, this was an army of the best warriors from the Five Great Shinobi Villages.
No single village could compare.
Amidst the chaos, Senju Tobirama set his sights on Uchiha Madara.
In their last battle, he had barely been able to contribute.
But now, things were different.
Madara had been fully resurrected.
He could be wounded.
He could be killed.
Did Tobirama really think he could use the same trick he had once used on Izuna against him?
Madara scoffed at Tobirama's assassination attempt.
The Flying Thunder God Technique might have been a strange and formidable technique—but that's all it was.
Nothing more than a fleeting trick.
Not good!
Just as Tobirama was about to strike, a chill ran down his spine.
He immediately teleported away.
And in that instant, one of the Ten-Tails' massive tails came crashing down.
Had he hesitated for even a second, he would have been crushed.
Even Hashirama, struggling to suppress the beast, hadn't expected this move.
The Ten-Tails had retracted its hand-like tails—just enough to break free.
"ROAR!!!"
With a deafening bellow, the Ten-Tails lashed out in all directions.
Its ten massive tails flailed violently, swatting away anything that dared approach.
