Chapter 714 - Chapter 714: Losing Temper

-Broadcast-

Thor followed Heimdall through the terrified crowd. Looking out from the corridor, he saw the once peaceful city now filled with smoke. Many places were burning, and thick black smoke continued billowing into the sky.

"I've established a sanctuary within a fortress built by our ancestors! But if the fortress falls, our only escape route is the Rainbow Bridge!"

Thor was somewhat surprised: "You mean evacuating Asgard?"

Heimdall was about to answer when he heard the roar of undead soldiers behind him. Everyone was so frightened that they quickly concealed themselves to avoid discovery!

Thor observed several undead soldiers passing by outside the corridor.

Heimdall whispered urgently: "We can't survive here! She draws strength from Asgard itself! She grows stronger with each passing day! Come on!"

After the group of undead soldiers outside passed by, Heimdall called out to the refugees and headed toward the other side.

"Hela is gathering strength! If I let her succeed, she will consume the Nine Realms and the entire universe! We need you!"

Heimdall stood before Thor, his face grave with concern.

Behind Thor, two passing undead soldiers spotted Heimdall and rushed toward him with weapons drawn.

Thor was completely unaware of this, as he wasn't physically present in Asgard!

"I'm trying, but I don't even know where I am!"

Heimdall retreated while watching the rapidly approaching undead soldiers.

"There are many wormholes around your planet! Go through one of them!"

"Which one?"

"The largest one!"

After saying this, Heimdall drew the great sword from his back and slashed at Thor forcefully.

The sword passed through Thor's astral form, and he disappeared in a flash of light. Heimdall then cut the charging undead soldier in two with a single devastating blow.

Thor, far away on Sakaar, suddenly took a step backward. His connection with Heimdall had been severed, and his eyes had returned to their original color. He gasped for breath!

-Real World-

"Heimdall is so powerful? He can connect with Thor from such a distance?" Tony seemed surprised.

After all, Heimdall rarely engaged in combat. The only time they remembered him fighting was when he confronted Loki who was holding the Casket of Ancient Winters.

As a result, he was frozen into an ice sculpture by Loki without any chance to fight back. Apart from that, he basically just dealt with minor threats.

"Heimdall is an ancient god-general! His divine power is very strong! It is said that he can even summon the Rainbow Bridge out of thin air!"

Wanda glanced at Thor's Stormbreaker: "Just like your axe?"

"Yes! Almost! My father also possessed this ability! But doing so consumes tremendous energy! The fact that my father died so quickly in the sky screen was also related to him sending me to Earth!"

"Hela is getting stronger and stronger! This enemy is really troublesome!" Captain America frowned. Everyone had witnessed Hela's combat power before, and now she had become even more formidable!

Nick Fury narrowed his eyes, silently calculating how they would respond if Hela broke the seal.

The statue on the top floor of the tower was almost complete, and the Hulk's face could be roughly recognized.

Thor gritted his teeth and pulled forcefully at the electric shock device on his neck.

"Ah!!!" But no matter how hard he tried, it was as if it was welded to his neck and he couldn't remove it.

And Thor felt excruciating pain every time he pulled at it!

In the end, Thor failed, but his movements attracted Hulk's attention!

He got up from the bed and sat on the edge, looking at Thor who was clutching his neck.

"Thor sad!"

Thor glanced at him and said: "Shut up!"

Hulk approached from behind him, pushed him to the ground, and yelled: "Thor sad!"

"I'm not upset! You moron! I'm losing my temper! I'm angry!"

Thor stood up and walked to the wall, kicking the large iron pillar on the ground away with a fierce kick.

"I lost my father! I lost my hammer!"

"Wah! Wah! Like baby!" Hulk waved his hands and didn't want to look at him.

"You're not listening at all!" Thor angrily kicked the helmet on the ground toward Hulk's feet.

"Don't kick stuff!!!"

Hulk angrily picked up the shield on the ground and hurled it at him.

Thor lifted his foot to avoid the projectile and yelled: "You're such a terrible friend!"

Hulk immediately retorted: "You bad friend!"

"Do you know what we call you?"

"No!"

"We call you the Stupid Avenger!"

Hulk, enraged, picked up another shield and threw it at him with tremendous force.

"You tiny Avenger!!!"

Thor looked at the shield embedded in the wall. Half of the shield was buried in it, demonstrating how much force Hulk had used!

"Are you crazy?"

He hadn't expected Hulk to be so aggressive. If that thing had hit him, the consequences would be catastrophic!

Hulk picked up a mace and walked toward Thor menacingly: "Yes!"

Thor pointed a finger at him: "You know what? Earth really does hate you!"

Hulk put down the weapon with a slightly wounded look on his face, then quietly sat back on the bed, humming softly as if feeling very hurt.

Seeing his defeated expression, Thor sighed slightly, hesitated for a moment, and walked toward him.

"No!" Hulk turned his head away from him, like a child throwing a tantrum.

Thor patted his leg, looking apologetic.

"I'm sorry! I shouldn't have said that! You're not the Stupid Avenger! No one called you the Stupid Avenger!"

"It okay!"

Thor crossed his arms and said to him: "You just can't throw shields at people! You might kill someone!"

"I know! I'm sorry! I just... always angry! Hulk always angry!"

Hulk paused, clenching his huge fists in frustration.

"I know! We're not so different in that regard! We're just a pair of hot-headed fools!"

"Yeah! Same! Hulk like fire, Thor like water!"

Thor tilted his head: "We're both like fire!"

"But Hulk like raging fire! Hulk raging fire! Thor like smoldering fire!"

"Hmm!" Thor couldn't help but chuckle.

Then he looked at Hulk with a serious expression.

"Hulk! I need your help!"

Hulk couldn't help but raise his eyebrows when he heard this.
