*Next day*
*Traveler woke up on his own today for once seemingly a bit shocked that no one came to give him a military wake-up.*
Traveler: "No call? Finally a great morning!" *He gets out of the bed and stretches* "What else is there in the book for today rather than what i don't want..?"
*He had no clue, but i guess he had to look*
*He left his room to go downstairs in the living room. As he reached it he saw nobody for now so he sat down and drank some water.*
Traveler: "Ah much better. Hmm nobody woke up really? Were they this tired?"
*He was right. Cause not more than 2 hours passed and still nobody came. It was now 1:36PM. Just then someone came from downstairs. Traveler didn't hear much as he was focused on his phone.*
Carmina: "Woke up late too?"
Traveler: "Actually no. I woke up at 11:48. Were yall really this sleepy at night?"
Carmina: "Probably just me.. Yuki could'nt sleep all night and i had to watch over her. Her amulet was acting up. We didn't know why. It's been 7 days. Do you have a clue?"
Traveler: "No.. unless."
*He takes the book Dr.Sandro gave him and calls her over to look for something that might make them understand.*
Traveler: "Wait actually i know something. Dr.Sandro mentioned that her condition will be fully stable and back to normal after 1-3 weeks. Can you call her over? There is a chance it might've acted up on its own because the process could've finished. And there's one way to tell."
Carmina: "You make a valid point. Give me 2 minutes."
*She goes upstairs.*
Carmina: "Hey Yuki. Wake up. I need to tell ya something. But we have to be downstairs."
Yuki: "Mm... Can it wait..? I'm tired.. i want to sleep."
Carmina: "Come on.. you slept for 10 hours! It's all good now! Your amulet made me stay overnight. Come on."
Yuki: "Uhh f-fine.." *she got up and they went both in the living room.*
*In the living room.*
Yuki: "Tell me... What did you need me for?" *She was still wiping her eyes.*
Carmina: "There is a chance your amulet was acting up last night to tell you that the process of cleansing was finished. But we aren't fully sure yet."
Yuki: "Wait actually!? I don't believe it!"
Traveler: "There is a chance. Try using your powers. If it doesn't hurt you in anyway it's probably as i recalled. If it is so you need to go for another check-up just to guarantee it."
*She gave it a shot. She made a small windblade in her hand without any struggles and threw it so fast and far it no-clipped through the house.*
Yuki: "I-it works! I'm back!! Oohh i am so happy! It was definitely worth getting up!"
Carmina: "I'm glad, come here." *She hugged her younger sister happily.*
Carmina: "Well i guess we two won't participate for today. We'll go for a check-up right away just to confirm her final state. Ready to go?"
Yuki: "N-not yet! Let me prepare first! I'm still in my pajamas dammit!"
Carmina: "Your call. I'll wait down here."
*She went back upstairs to change. As she went up she met with Mika who was coming down while drinking some fat loss tea.*
Mika: "Mo- no wait. Afternoon i think its already 2PM isnt it?"
Traveler: "1:54. Close. Afternoon girl. What were yall on that yall were sleeping for so long?"
Mika: "I slept at 3AM... I had some troubles sleeping. Idk honestly from where cause i usually sleep fast."
Traveler: "Well we got some good news! Yuki can reuse her powers again."
Carmina: "We were told by her amulet basically last night. That's why i could'nt sleep for much... I just didn't know until he told me."
Mika: "Oh that's great! Even my arm is doing better." *Said as she sips from tea.*
Traveler: "Is that weight loss tea?"
Mika: "How did you know?"
Traveler: "I can tell by the looks.. wasn't expecting you to drink from it."
*She was a bit shocked to hear that.*
Mika: "Are you calling me fat!?"
Traveler: "N-no! Never! I just never expected you'd drink this type of tea all of a sudden. Because you usually drink water and coffee. So i just found it new."
Mika: "Ah fair then. I definitely do that. I apologize for overreacting."
Traveler: "All good."
*Yuki came down prepared.*
Yuki: "Ready! Oh hey Mika! Didn't see ya coming down."
Mika: "Yo! I have to say that im happy that your usual self is back."
Yuki: "Well that's what im seeing. I'm still not 100% sure. Ready to go sis?"
Carmina: "You know damn well i am. Now where did i leave my car..." *She remembered when they fought at Iceland high that was her last location where her car could've been.* "Oh no! I forgot my car at Iceland High parking lot! Oh shit! Give me 5 minutes! I'll be back with it! Wait me outside alright?"
Yuki: "You got it!"
*They both leave and Carmina flied fast towards the car's location.*
*Back inside*
*Athena and Asuna came down together all dressed fancy and drinking some coffee.*
Athena: "Afternoon everyone! How are yall doing?"
Asuna: "Heeeeyyy!! Sup!"
Traveler: "We doin good! Just havin a chat. Come join us."
Asuna: "You bet!" *They both sat down and sipped their coffee's.*
Athena: "Huh?" *Noticed Mika's tea* "Fatloss tea? That's new from ya."
Mika: "Oh come on! Why does everyone notice this out of all things! Yes i wanna lose some weight! What's with it!?"
Athena: "Oh nothing! I was just curious gosh! So rude.."
Traveler: "Similar reaction here. Same response from her."
Mika: *turns* "Who're you to talk!"
*He shutted up.*
Asuna: "Hey no need for arguing here! Come on! Let's just have a good afternoon here and then we can begin our training session alright?"
Traveler: "Sure... Uhh i still didn't forget it."
Athena: "I just noticed Yuki and Carmina aren't here. Where are they?"
*Mika and Traveler tell them what they talked about.*
Athena: "Really!? That's awesome! I'm glad she's getting back on track!"
Asuna: "A bit confused because i was never there when it happened but aight! I have heard of the Shadow energy disease. I had it before. I had Type 2 Grade 5 before. Way more brutal than her. It basically made me incapacitated for a whole month and it made me completely useless! Like Mother had to be by my side for almost 2 months. Cause for that type and grade recovery starts after the first month. So basically yea. I had a tough time. But that happened at a young age. I was just 7 back when it happened."
Traveler: "Well better be careful against shadow attacks if they're this strong."
Asuna: "Oh don't worry. Corrupted monsters that have shadow powers have these type of toxin like attacks. Us normal humans and even non-humans like Izumi for example still have normal and non toxified attacks. So when i'll spar with you don't worry! You wont get anything."
Mika: "Does this mean Sue was corrupted? Because she's a human being just like us."
Athena: "Could be. Tho you never know. I know Titan Madoro has powers that are unimaginable to this world. He beats gods for a living. But only ours can still fight against it with struggles compared to the old ones which barely stood chances."
Traveler: "Is the Titan that strong?"
Asuna: "Well Madoro isnt the only Titan in the world of Damron here. But he is the only one that dislikes our world and tries to take it for himself. But we do our best to stop him every single time. We had a lot of wars. None that i got the chance so i could fight in."
Mika: "Yea. We had a corrupted rain at the start when we were back in Duran. We were attacked by Sue's creation. But we stood our ground."
Asuna: "Guessing you're speaking of the Vortex Warlord aren't you?"
*She nods*
Mika: "Yep. Exactly that. It injured General Neon in the process but he saved many lived that day."
Traveler: "I still don't recall much. How does the corrupted rain look like?"
*Athena grabbed a black color and a paper.*
Athena: "Basically the corrupted rain are like black water droplets. They signify the approach of a Huge threat. And it gives us time to prepare. Which is why we always are on guard 24/7 even in a moment like this when we chat and go with our day." *Says as she draws the black droplets exactly how they look IRL for them.* "There." *She shows him how they look.*
Traveler: "Oh. Yeah looks scary indeed. But does this water harm humans in anyway?"
Asuna: "No. It enhances demons and corrupted beings powers. And yes if one of us were a demon we're basically buffed by the rain."
Athena: "Yea. Just like that. Mother is 50% God 25% Demon and 25% Human. Which is why she always feels more powerful when it's raining. Either be corrupted or normal rain. She fights better in the rain. So do i. My mind control abilities are easier to use in the rain because my enemies can shift their thought 1 second to the rain sometimes."
*More time passes as they keep and keep talking. They got late lunch and then prepared.*
Asuna: "Alright! Are you prepared for the sparring session?"
Traveler: "Yes i guess... Give me all you got!" **"Not feeling so confident about it.."**
Athena: "Great! Let's go in the backyard and spar there. Follow us."
*All 4 got up and headed outside to train.*
*Switching to Yuki and Carmina's POV for a little bit.*
*Inside Dr.Sandro's office.*
Sandro: "So what you're saying is that her amulet acted up last night. And you think it's part of her recovery process?"
Carmina: "Yes. She could use her powers this morning without any pain."
Sandro: "Hmm.. interesting.. can you use your powers for me Yuki?"
Yuki: "A-alright!"
*She shows him that she indeed can use her powers after 1 week of recovery.*
Sandro: "Great! Then it gives me the time to make an internal body scan. And yes.. it requires you to be naked on top part only for it."
*She was a bit scared but her big sister encouraged her.*
Yuki: "Alright.. does it have to be fully really?"
Sandro: "I guess you can keep the bra on that's fine."
*She then took her shirt off and layed down on the bed. Dr.Sandro came back with a sort of scanner. He gently hovered it above her body and it soonly was showing on the big TV all 3 were looking at.*
Sandro: "Alright.. let's see.. so! Your body does indeed not show any signs of Shadow energy anymore. Look. It says here 100% normal, 0% Shadow energy. State: Very Healthy."
*He showed both of them the device and they were happy to hear it.*
Yuki: "So Traveler's thought was right! I just didn't believe it."
Sandro: "Oh? He used the book i gave him probably to get a glimpse of this thought. Good for him it seems it proves him to be useful."
Carmina: "That's great! So it means she can use her powers like before right?"
*He nods as she put her shirt back on*
Sandro: "Yes. She's fully recovered and back to normal. Remember. She still needs to eat healthy. But then a little snack doesnt hurt anyone does it? If she wants to eat more unhealthy just make sure she also eats healthy stuff sometimes. Just so it keeps a balance here and there alright?"
*She nodded and left the office with Yuki.*
*Back to the 4's POV.*
Asuna: "Ready? Who do you wanna fight first?"
Traveler: "Sorry Athena.. i'll leave you last is that fine?"
Athena: "All good bro. Don't worry."
Traveler: "All right then! Let's get it going Asuna! Show me what you can do!"
*He takes his sword out*
Asuna: "You're on! Don't tell me i didn't warn you!" *She takes 2 daggers out and her dual swords.*
Traveler: "Oh come on! How many weapon do you wield!?"
Asuna: "Too many. I can steal you heart with them too ;)."
*He was getting a bit flustered but ignored her.*
*Asuna charged forward and immediatelly striked. He parried a couple hits before striking back hitting her a little bit and pushing her behind.*
Asuna: "Phew! Not bad! You're not the worst in combat! Meaning only your raw strength is the problem for sure."
Mika: "Keep going man! Remember what we taught you at the start!"
Traveler: *striked as fast as he could while enhancing his stamina with his wind powers.*
Asuna: "Hmm you definitely know a lot. But not enough to beat me!" *She then threw her daggers in the air and used her swords to keep fighting even faster than before. Landing strikes pretty fast and as she pushed him with her leg the daggers she threw hit him in both his arms with perfect precision.*
Traveler: "Ow fuck! Shit!?!! Come on! You really had to do that!?"
Asuna: "Part of sparring for me! Don't let em recover mid fight so you can beat them faster."
*She takes the daggers from his arms and then he quickly regains his composure.*
Asuna: "I have to admit you're fighting pretty well! Meaning only your raw strength is bad. Speed is great! But can use some work for sure. For me speed isnt needed. Cause i can just time stop with the snap of my fingers and you're dead in a couple seconds. But i would'nt do this to you." *She smiled*
Mika: "You're damn right about his raw strength. Don't worry mate, you're in good care here."
Athena: "Ready for round 2?"
Traveler: "Go on."
*They fought for like 10 minutes with Athena emerging victorious unlike last time when she went easy on him and he won.*
Athena: "Hahah! I win! I told you i won't go easy on you! And remember we had a bet last time! If i win!"
Traveler: "What bet? I don't recall any bet last time!"
Athena: "I said that i'll have some really fun and good sex! Won't you do it for me?"
Traveler: "Heyo what!? That wasn't in my book!!!"
Mika: "Girl you were surely drunk last time."
Athena: "I didn't drink Mika! That was a separate night!"
Asuna: "Oh? You're really not holding back on that one!"
Athena: "You think i can? Now get your ass over here!"
Traveler: "Mika!! Save meee!!!"
*Well with one hurt arm she surely could'nt.*
Asuna: "Do i?"
Mika: "Nah. Let her do her thing. I don't know how we'll explain that to Yuki and Carmina..."
*2 hours later*
Yuki: "We're home!!"
*Mika and Asuna were fake smiling on the couch while watching TV.*
Carmina: "How did the session go?"
Mika: "Pretty well! He's fighting well but.. his raw strength is horrible.."
Asuna: "Yep! In rest he's all good! How was your check-up?"
Yuki: "I was confirmed 100% healthy and shadow energy free!"
Mika: "Great!" *Just suddenly whole ton of moans were coming from upstairs*
Carmina: "What the..? Wait! Where are Traveler and Athena!?"
Asuna: *to Mika* "Yep.. we're done.."
Mika: "Well explain it to you real soon."
*And so they did and Yuki was mostly confused at first until she got it. Carmina got it in 5 seconds upon hearing the commotion. And she was mad as hell! But a little bit shocked too.*
