Murong Ziyue saw Xin Lin frowning and approached her.
"Xin Lin, what's wrong? Are you in some trouble?"
Murong Ziyue had already learned that Xin Lin was summoned by the palace yesterday.
She was very worried until she later met Little Xinzhuo, and found out that Xin Lin was back.
"It's not a big deal, by the way, Ziyue, do you have silver? I need a large sum for some dealings, but it must be kept secret, no one else can know."
Xin Lin glanced at Murong Ziyue.
"I do have some money. Every year on my birthday, my father gave my mother some, saying it's for my dowry when I grow up. I don't know if it's enough."
Murong Ziyue thought for a moment, then went back inside, returning after a while with a small iron box which she casually handed to Xin Lin.
The money was saved by her father when he was alive. She didn't know how much there was, nor did she care. The small iron box had never been opened by her. Since Xin Lin needed it, she simply gave it all to her.
