Due to the Ice Flame Iris Lansite Family, Ronan harbors extremely negative stereotypes about the Frost Leader.
Soraya describes the Frost Leader's wizards as a group of emotionally cold, extremely selfish individuals. They ruthlessly expelled the Lansite Family, causing the Ice Flame Iris to wither in the Northern Land.
But in reality, Ronan found that the wizards of the Frost Leader didn't seem so bad. They weren't a bunch of dark figures with only a pair of red glowing eyes as evil villains.
For instance, right now, they have prepared a relatively comfortable "prison" for a "foe" who specializes in Witch Hunting in the Northern Land, even placing a pot of hot tea kept warm by a spell on the table.
Of course, this is most likely related to the special instructions Ronan gave Elsa.
Neither Ronan nor Soraya would have imagined that one day Ronan would "conquer" the Frost Leader in a manner of kingship, in a sense reclaiming old debts for the Lansite Family.
