What is Observing human?
Literally, it means to observe oneself, to unleash one's power and speed to their utmost, which is basically the category of regular Martial Artists.
Observing earth means beginning to leave the realm of regular Martial Artists, with the sign being building the Blood Tower in the Dantian.
Once the Dan Tian Blood Tower is built, every nerve, blood vessel, and strand of True Qi in the body has a center, allowing True Qi and strength to be wielded at will. Even clothes can kill, and hair can take lives.
Observing heaven goes yet a step further. The internal Blood Tower transforms into nine stars, the body essentially frees from the constraints of the ground, True Qi can leave the body to form swords and kill remotely, intangible and invisible.
