Daniel Miller, 32 years old, had previously served for several years in the Marine Corps and was stationed in Iraq. After joining ATF, he learned undercover operations and volunteered to act as an undercover agent in some significant investigative cases.
Over the past few years, he had been active along the US-Mexico Border, aiding the ATF in dismantling several American supply networks supplying arms to drug traffickers.
But as they say, one can't walk by the river without getting their feet wet.
This guy uncovered internal American suppliers by infiltrating drug trafficking gangs, but the Mexican drug traffickers weren't fools. When their arms channels repeatedly encountered problems, they naturally began to investigate.
And the drug traffickers' most direct investigation method was to spread money, and not all ATF or FBI officials were incorruptible…
