Lin Dong quietly went to Ming Chong's room to take a look and saw her happily rolling on the floor, playing with toys. He shook his head helplessly, quietly closed the door, and returned to the front desk.
Long Ang saw him return and asked with a smile, "What's up? Ming Chong isn't in the room?"
Lin Dong lay on the table dejectedly, shaking his head, "She's in there, playing by herself so vigorously. I think I better not bother her and just stand guard outside the door."
Long Ang chuckled, handed Lin Dong a glass of water, sat across from him, and asked, "I've always been curious, what's the deal between you and Ming Chong? How did you offend her?"
Lin Dong pursed his lips, lying on the table even more sullenly. He sighed long, "How would I know how I offended her? Every time she sees me, it's like she's got a grudge."
Just thinking about how Ming Chong treats him like an enemy makes him feel uncomfortable all over.
