Chapter 8 - PART SIX: YOU MADE IT!

Upon hearing the request, Lucifer turned sharply.

"Lilith! Bring me Nidal Williams." His voice cut through the air like a blade.

Moments later, Nidal—shackled by regret and scorched by the flames of damnation—was brought before his daughter.

"Kara... Kara! You made it!" he cried, overwhelmed by the sight of her. "I'm so sorry you have to see me like this. I didn't live right. I knew God's laws... I knew them all. But living by them? That was the hard part. Being a true Christian was hard for me, Kara. I gave in... I sold my soul for success. I did things I don't even want to remember. But seeing you here... knowing you made it... I'm so proud."

His voice cracked—heavy with physical torment and the deeper torment of his choices.

Lucifer scoffed.

"What do you mean she made it? She's going to join—"

Before he could finish, the glowing tunnel slammed shut with a thunderous boom. Angel Michael had sealed it.

Lucifer's eyes flared with fury.

"Lilith, take him away!" he barked. "What is God trying to do this time? Fine. If He gives second chances—I'll still fight to the bitter end!"

He called for Lilith again.

"Y-yes, Master..." she answered, trembling.

Lucifer turned to her with narrowed eyes.

"Next time an angel tells you something—try to understand it before you bring me false hope! Do you understand me?"

Without waiting for a response, he vanished into the shadows, his fury burning behind him.

In heaven, Kara wept silently, overwhelmed by the weight of her encounter and the mercy she had just witnessed.

Angel Michael approached her, his voice calm and reassuring.

"Come with me. I'll show you the way back to earth. We don't need to pass the crowds waiting to be judged."

He pointed to a path so bright and radiant it was almost blinding.

"Follow this path. Keep walking—and don't stop."

Kara looked at him with tearful eyes.

"Can I... Can I thank God?" she asked in a whisper.

Angel Michael nodded with a gentle smile.

"Say it in your prayers. And one more thing—tell no one about what you've seen here."

He stepped back and raised his hand in farewell.

Kara smiled through her tears and turned toward the glowing path. With each step, her heart grew lighter.

Angel Michael stood there, watching her go—until she vanished into the light, and the path faded behind her.
