Chapter 68 - " Reconvening Soon "

( Still around 1 pm, at the Safe House:;)

( Inside , in the luxurious living room::);;

....Siri's gaze drifted away from Vor's face, her eyes flicking to her watch once more. The subtle gesture wasn't lost on the others, and Nat noticed the faintest hint of distraction in her demeanor. "Siri, you okay?" Nat asked, his brow furrowed in concern.

Siri's expression remained neutral, but a hint of firmness crept into her voice. "I need to go, guys. I have to pick up my younger brother, Yot. We can discuss the rest later."

The room fell silent for a moment, and then Chan nodded understandingly. "Yeah, we should probably wrap things up for now anyway. We've got a lot to process."

The others murmured in agreement, their faces reflecting a mix of excitement and unease. Vor's grin never wavered, but his eyes seemed to gleam with a knowing light. "Sounds good. We'll reconvene soon. I'll send out the details."

As the group began to disperse, Nat caught Vor's eye. "I'll walk you out, Siri," he said, falling into step beside her.

Siri nodded, her eyes already fixed on her watch. "Thanks, Nat. I really need to get going."

They walked out of the luxurious living room, the tension lingered, leaving Nat wondering what secrets lay hidden beneath the surface.

As Siri and Nat stepped out of the Safe House, the warm sunlight caught the sleek lines of the luxurious cars parked outside. The drivers wearing crisp black suit , patiently waiting for their young masters, stood by their vehicles, their faces respectful and composed.

Siri's driver, Wirot, caught her eye and bowed slightly. " Sawatdee Nong Siri,Nong Nat " he said, his voice low and polite.

Nat's driver and the drivers of the other members, similarly attired, bowed to both Siri and Nat. "Sawatdee krap," they said in unison, their voices respectful.

Nat nodded in response, his eyes lingering on Siri as she walked towards her car. Siri's expression remained neutral, her emotions locked away behind a mask of calm.

"Wirot, can you take me to the mall first?" Siri asked, her voice clear and concise. "I need to pick up a few things before I get Yot."

Wirot nodded, his face impassive. "Yes, Nong Siri. Right away."

As Siri settled into the luxurious car, Nat fell into step beside her, his eyes locked on hers. "I'll see you around, Siri," he said, his voice low and casual.

Siri's gaze met his, her eyes unreadable. "Yeah, see you later, Nat."

With that, she slipped into the car, and Wirot closed the door behind her. Nat watched as the car pulled away, his eyes following the sleek vehicle as it merged into traffic.

Meanwhile, Nat's driver wearing a crisp black suit stood patiently beside him. "Shall I take you to the mall as well, Nong Nat?" he asked, his voice respectful.

Nat's eyes narrowed, a slow smile spreading across his face. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Let's go.

*Twenty minutes after leaving the Safe House*

Siri's luxurious car pulled up to the gleaming entrance of the upscale "Ely Mall". The sound of gravel crunching beneath the tires gave way to the soft hum of the car's engine as Wirot expertly navigated the drop-off area.

As the car came to a stop, Wirot turned to Siri. "Nong Siri, may I accompany you to the mall?"

Siri's gaze flicked up from her phone, her eyes narrowing slightly. "No, Wirot, I've got this. You can wait here for me."

Wirot nodded, his face impassive. "Okay, Nong Siri."

The driver stepped out, opening the door for Siri. As she emerged from the car, the warm sunlight caught the delicate features of her face. The scent of freshly brewed coffee wafted from a nearby café, mingling with the hum of conversation and the soft chime of a fountain in the distance.

Siri tucked her phone into her pocket and started towards the entrance, her sneakers making soft squeaking sounds on the polished stone floor. She was lost in thought, her eyes fixed on the mall's interior as she walked through the automatic doors.

Just as she stepped into the mall, a sleek black car pulled up behind hers. Nat's car. Siri didn't notice, her attention absorbed by the rows of storefronts and shoppers. Nat's driver, dressed in his crisp black suit, stepped out and opened the door for Nat.

Nat's eyes scanned the area, his gaze locking onto Siri's retreating figure. A hint of a smile played on his lips as he watched her disappear into the crowd.....
