" what?" Kenji stood there frozen, his eyes widened in disbelief, as his heart pounded against his ribs like the banging of a war drum.
Damnit! They had all just chanted his name and made him come up to the stage even if he was unwilling.
Now he lay at the center of five knights with the end of their swords pointed at him.
" What is this? Why am I being arrested?" Kenji asked calmly, but it held a trace of anger. Since he had gotten to this town he had made sure not to look for trouble from anyone and so was now shocked to see himself about to be arrested.
" Put all your weapons down and come with us. We ask for your full compliance as we do not want to fight," one of them said again, seemingly ready to take action if Kenji did anything funny.
