Whoooooo—! Whoooo—!
The siren of the cruise ship echoed across the shore of Mira Beach, the afternoon sun casting a golden bed sheet over the ocean.
The chirping of birds blended with the sound of ocean waves, creating a pleasant harmony in my ears.
"Lily, look at that, a dolphin."
Standing beside me, Ruby was holding Lily behind the railing of the cruise, pointing toward a pair of dolphins jumping across the ocean surface just a few meters away from our ship.
Right now, we didn't need to hide Lily, because no one else was present on the cruise we were on.
Turning to Ruby, I asked curiously,
"By the way, how did you manage to rent out a whole cruise ship?"
I was planning to board a passenger ship to sail near the Red Skull's hideout, but Ruby didn't like the idea and instead rented out a private cruise for us.
"Oh, this?" Ruby turned to me, smiling. "It's a private cruise ship owned by one of my friends. I simply asked her to let me borrow it for a day."
A friend, huh.
