Urs had just finished integrating Janson and obtained the information that he wanted.
After breaking the man's ribs for a second time, he had spilled everything to Urs. People had a limit to the amount of pain they could endure, and even should they have to betray their principles, there were few that would not if it meant relief from their agony.
