I was bouncing around Edward's house excitedly waiting for him to land with blue eyes. Two weeks of absolute suffering without him. There used to be a time I would be glad to not see or hear from him. In fact if he went missing I would have been highly pleased.
Now the very thought of that seemed outrageous. The video calls could only satisfy so much before it felt like I was losing my mind. At least having Melanie in the house was calming and we started to connect a lot more.
We took jobs together in the afternoon and she was a much better cook than me. She knew all kinds of international cuisine and I was a great assistant in the kitchen when she needed me to chop something. During the day she'd travel around London filming tourist destinations.
