Red Moon Chamber
That night, Jeremy received the message to leave in 10 minutes. He began to get ready. He put on his uniform.
Since it was an official mission, he couldn't wear comfortable clothes. After getting ready, he left the room. It didn't take long for him to reach the lobby.
He then saw a group of people. Senior Melinda was present among them as well. She was talking to them.
"It must be her team," Jeremy thought.
To be honest, he was not interested in meeting them. Joining the team was a formality, should the opportunity arise. He preferred to do missions alone.
He then collected his thoughts and walked up to them with confidence.
Gasp!
"Is he the one?"
"He is a newcomer. He is already a Tier-3 Beast Tamer. So the team leader was right."
"I don't know what the Head is thinking."
The members didn't hide their thoughts. They were openly discussing whether the newcomer would be a burden for them or not.
Melinda's eyes sharpened. She said, "Enough!"
