Soon after, Hades and Persephone arrived, but they weren't alone. Cradled in Persephone's arms was a baby girl, chewing excitedly on a flawless diamond.
Chase smiled knowingly. "This must be Elysia, right?"
Persephone beamed, nodding as she walked further in. Hades gave a silent nod as well, standing tall beside her. Zeus and Poseidon exchanged wary glances with their brother.
"Hades, isn't this only your second child?" Zeus asked with a teasing smirk.
Chase's eyes nearly popped out of his skull. "You mean to tell me I — an 18-year-old — have more kids than Hades, a god who's been married since dinosaurs existed?"
Persephone chuckled. "We do have one older child, Macaria. She's busy at the moment."
All the babies turned their heads toward Elysia, curious. Persephone gently sat her on the floor. "Elysia, play nice and share your gems."
