Liam's pov
Today is the day I meet Gabriel,Adrian's bodyguard picks me up and I get in the car and sit next to Adrian'hey Adrian' I smile only slightly still keeping my normal cold personality but this time a bit softer for Adrian.
Adrian: he smiles 'hey Liam are you ready to meet my father'.
'Yes of course I am' only because I wanna give him a real punishment and make him regret ever doing what he did to Adrian the bodyguard starts to drive and head towards Adrian's home, a few minutes later we arrive and Adrian and I both get out of the car and head inside,we see Nathalie inside already waiting with her tablet in her hand she nods at me and at Adrian and leads us through the dinner table.
Nathalie:'Adrian your father will be coming shortly'.
Adrian:'okay Nathalie'.
We both sit down on the chairs next to each other,a few minutes pass and Gabriel arrives through the doors with his normal straight strict face,gosh I just wanna punch that guy square in the face anyways lets keep calm,as Gabriel walks fully in he see's me and is confused who I am and what I am doing here.
Gabriel:'who is this Adrian' he says scanning me.
Adrian:'father this is my best friend Liam Carter I met him at fencing classes.he says and does not say the part I was in his room in the middle of the night the first time we meet I told Adrian to just not say that part.
Gabriel:'your best friend Liam Carter,Adrian I thought I told you not to spe-
'Hello there uncle Gabriel my name is Liam Carter Adrian's best friend' I say interrupting him mid sentence and purposely calling him uncle to annoy him.
He is a bit shocked that I interrupted me and called him uncle but did not say anything and he was about to speak but I speak before him'Uncle Gabriel I hope its okay I am sitting and having dinner with you and Adrian but I really misses Adrian we grew so close this past month and are best friends and can never be apart'I say and side hug Adrian the one other thing I leaned when I started living in this world is how to manipulate and how to tell if someone is manipulating because firstly I really wanted to do this to Gabriel and second when lila arrives then will beat her at her own game.
Gabriel:'no I don't mind I just don't like my son being around people much the world is full of danger I want to keep him safe'.
Jeez what a great story if you want to keep him safe might as well put him in a bubble you don't even let him explore the world ughh horrible man don't even deserve to be a father I am so going to enjoy ruining your life just you wait i then put on a innocent smile and a understanding nod'yes don't worry uncle Garbiel i fully understand but now I am here and I think its best for him to explore the world and let himself see the world for how it is of course you don't want your son being all alone what if there is no one one day to take care od him' I say acting innocently.
Gabriel:'yes i understand you point maybe you are right but he will still be home schooled but he is allowed to see you'.
We then start eating while I make talk with Adrian unlike Gabriel i also start making plans in my head number one is to defeat Gabriel and will also be knowen in the future as hawkmonth although I could easily take the miraculous right now but i don't wanna do that yet because that could mean there could be a new villain that will rise and that villain could be more powerful right now I am still young and need to grow and get more powerful but i know that i can easily get the butterfly miraculous and the peacock miraculous any time I want to.
Hmm now that I think of it I wonder what is Alix going to do because she will definitely see what I am going to do and try to stop me from doing it but I am not letting her stop me I watched the tv show before and know what exactly to do and I won't destroy the whole world especially when everyone identity had to be a secret which I will definitely change its not needed to be kept a secret its better to work together as a team.
Having secrets will not build enough trust and will create doubt in each other and make a rift between each other just like how it happened so many times in the show especially with cat noir and ladybug,anyways lets think about that later I continue talking with Adrian until dinner is finished and we both go upstairs to his room we walk through his room and I plop down on his bed and so does he.
Adrian:'thanks for coming Liam and um....for being there for me when my father is not there much I really appreciate it'.
'Of course Adrian I am your best friend that's what best friends do'.
Adrian: 'yeah you are right'he smiles he then remembers something'oh yeah someone my father knows is coming over with his daughter his daughter's is our age her name is Chloe Bourgeois her dad is the mayor and the mayor and my father know each other so we will meeting the mayor and Chloe'.
I nod my face calm and emotionless on the outside but on the inside my mind is thinking loads of things first of allthe tv show never showed how and when Adrian and Chloe met all that was said in the show by Chloe and Adrian they where childhood friends well this not too bad actually its perfect this way I can change Chloe and her ways for good I then turn to Adrian.
'I see well I can't wait to meet her'.
Adrian:'yeah me too but don't worry you are still my best friend and no body will replace you' he side hugs me and I side hug him back.
'Thanks Adrian I will never let anyone replace you either you are my first best friend and it will always stay like that as i hug him I then start to think of ways to change Chloe once and for all and not only that I also have plans to befriend luka as well since in the show he never got much attention that he actually needed so I am going to change things in his life too I actually wonder will marinette and Adrian still fall in love with each other and luka in love with marinette well does not matter now my goal is now Chloe.
