Just outside New Sparta, an entirely new kind of automobiles were riding through the plains. Concrete mixers, cranes, bull dozers, and other kinds of construction vehicles were being used in tandem with the Shadow Orcs.
Of course, this eventually caught a lot of attention in New Sparta.
"They're building something?" asked one of the Upper Echelon leaders.
"Yes, Master. We have currently found signs of activity a few kilometers outside New Sparta," replied the adjutant.
The idea that the Reborn company specialized in construction and transportation were slowly being disseminated.
"So tell me. Did they have talented construction workers there?"
The adjutant hesitated. "Uhhh, no master. The Rebornians are using Orcs as their main craftsmen but… they're not as good as we think. With a cursory visual inspection, we saw that some of them couldn't even hold a hammer correctly."
