Immediately, Alaric, Aerith, and Bobby looked around until they saw three figures running straight at them.
Judging from the black robes they wore as well as the pointed hat on their heads, it was easy to guess that they were the three wizards from the Magic Tower.
"They're here!" Alaric blurted out with shock written all over his face.
He wasn't surprised by the fact that the wizards had sprung a trap on them. He was surprised that he wasn't the first one to notice their presence!
Michael had somehow seen them first even though he was far away on the edge of the wizards' base.
As 9th stage Maugnetics, they thought that they had the best sensitivity when it came to Aubilities. Yet, if it wasn't for Michael's warning, then the trap could have worked on them. They would have been ambushed and immediately start the fight at a disadvantage.
But because of his timely warning, Alaric and others were able to assess the danger and act accordingly.
