Everyone turned to look at him, confused as to why he knocked on the tinted glass door.
"Uhh…that's only for bidding, Michael," Reptar said, chuckling. Everyone thought that the knock was born from a simple error on his part.
He looked back. "I know. I'm bidding."
At this point, everyone in the room was staring at him, wide-eyed, as if they were still trying to process what he was trying to say.
It was only until Reena shook her head and broke out of her stupor did they all finally explode in hurried shouts of surprise.
"Michael…what?!"
"You—-you want to join the bidding for the Soo drops?"
"That's crazy! You're crazy! They' weakest player in their midst is in the 7th stage of Body Formation. You know that, right?"
He addressed their concerns with a nod of acknowledgement. He knew that fighting against people four stages above him was nothing less than defeat waiting to happen, but Harbinger convinced him that this was what he needed in order to become stronger.
