Edgar, for his part, had the sense of mind to call for the maids and asked them to get Gideon. Cass was a little embarrassed that he didn't consider using them to call for Gideon, but he did his best not to beat himself up over it.
He had been focused on Lucian, after all, and Gideon had, uh, had his fill yesterday.
As soon as Edgar sent Sage on her way, it was only what felt like five minutes later that Gideon came barreling into the room, his chest heaving, and his hands locking the door to the office behind them. His hair was all over the place, his skin slick with sweat and it was clear that he had been working out before he got there.
Lucian turned, his arms full of Edgar and Cass, and smiled at Gideon warmly.
"Come over here, you oaf. I want to hug you too." Lucian told him and Cass watched as Gideon swallowed. He stared at the larger man, blinked a few times, and then brushed his damp red hair out of his face.
