"Hehehehe~"
Roshi was giggling happily while watching TV; a beautiful woman was teaching yoga on the channel.
Roshi's entire focus was on the show, so he completely missed Tien who had entered his house.
"Oh baby!"
Roshi clapped excitedly. Curious about the program, Tien observed the woman and was confused; he did not understand why the old master was so excited about this show.
Not interested in wasting his time, Tien coughed lightly to attract Roshi's attention. But the sudden sound had the master so spooked that he jumped and turned off the television.
"Tien! Why didn't you knock? You almost gave me a heart attack."
Roshi patted his chest and composed himself, then yawned and sat lazily with his legs folded.
"I didn't know you were coming to visit. What's the matter? Did something happen?"
Tien shook his head and sat down with Master Roshi.
"Nothing happened, Master Roshi; I am here to ask you something."
"I have become the king of a martial arts kingdom; I want your help in making our new laws."
"We need a full set of laws for martial artists, laws that are fair and just to everyone."
Tien smiled and finished speaking.
"You are the most fair martial artist I can think of; I believe you can help me write our constitution."
To be honest, Roshi had never expected a request like this; he was extremely surprised that Tien went ahead and became a king.
Although when Launch was staying here a while ago, she had told him Tien was planning to do something big.
He never thought something 'big' meant him becoming a king; Tien might just be his most successful student.
"I always thought you had a sage's personality; I never expected you to become a royalty."
Roshi adjusted his sunglasses; he was wondering suspiciously if Tien had changed so much due to Launch.
Maybe he wanted to give Launch a good life while simultaneously expanding his interest in martial arts amongst people.
Whatever the reason might be, Roshi was happy to help Tien, as expanding the influence of martial arts on earth was a great cause.
"Tell me a little about your kingdom; I will help you make those laws, Tien."
With Roshi's promise, Tien was relieved, he started explaining the current and future goals of his Triclops empire.
Roshi was very jealous when he heard Tien was planning on having hundreds of children, but he continued listening tearfully.
Time passed and the duo continued perfecting the laws of Triclops empire, and soon they were done with the constitution.
"That should do it; your constitution is done."
Roshi rolled his shoulders to remove stiffness.
"I suggest you create a department to enforce these laws."
"They can help you manage your country's martial artists."
Tien rubbed his chin thoughtfully; Master Roshi's suggestion seemed like a good idea.
"Do you mean I should establish my own martial arts temple?"
"Like the one managed by the director of the world martial arts tournament?"
Roshi nodded; the world martial arts tournament was the authority of martial arts on earth, under King Fury.
Now that Tien has established his separate kingdom, then he also needed such a governing body for martial arts.
"Your new country needs a department like this, to manage all martial arts-related things."
"You should choose a good chairman for this department; they should know how to manage your martial artists."
The current chairman of the world martial arts tournament was an old dog-human person; he was a relative of King Furry.
He was an old but trustworthy man. Tien also needed someone like him with charisma for his department.
That was a difficult task. Tien scratched his head in confusion at first, then looked at Roshi with hope-filled eyes.
"Master Roshi, will you be the chairman of my martial arts department?"
Roshi immediately shook his head; he was over a century old and was long past the age of caring about power.
He denied the position with an open mind. Although he didn't want to leave Tien hanging, so he suggested an alternative.
"I suggest you go to the world martial arts temple and search for someone capable there."
"All kinds of martial artists gather there; maybe you'll find someone who has potential."
It wasn't much, but it was a possible way out. With no other alternative in hand, Tien decided to visit the world martial arts temple.
Before leaving, he thanked Roshi for letting Launch stay and for his help with the constitution. Then, without wasting any time, Tien flew towards his destination.
The temple was familiar to him; throughout the years, he had competed in world martial arts tournaments many times; he was even the world champion at one point.
"I am here."
It didn't take long for Tien to reach his destination.
"There are some high power levels in this place, not as good as mine but still good enough."
"The quality of martial artists on earth used to be high, before Satan came and changed everything."
Tien didn't land and took his time to observe the current martial artists from the sky. He was searching for someone with potential.
This search of his continued for a whole day. Tien didn't move at all during this time and stayed still in the sky until night fell.
By now he had thoroughly observed the strongest power levels here. Sadly, none of them were charismatic or worthy enough to be his director.
"Today wasn't my lucky day; Maybe I should find a place to sleep for the night."
Tien decided to call it quits and landed on the temple's edge. After shaking away his stiffness, Tien walked towards a small hotel.
He walked on a dim and deserted road, not noticing how silent everything was and that the insects had suddenly stopped making noise.
He even failed to notice that a cloaked woman who was secretly following him; at least that's what it seemed like before Tien suddenly disappeared.
"Huh, where did he go? He was just walking on the road."
The woman who was following Tien muttered with shock, and then she froze in her boots when a hand suddenly wrapped around her neck.
"You have been secretly observing me the whole day; do you want something from me?"
Tien bent down and whispered eerily in the woman's ear; the woman gave a hollow laugh while looking at Tien.
She hesitantly removed her cloak, and Tien finally got a good look at her. This girl was stunningly attractive with a tear-shaped mole below her left eye.
Tien couldn't shake the thought that he had seen her somewhere before.
