He was currently only a Five Rings Great Wizard, and while this strength was not weak, he did not trust that the Spark Base left behind by a civilization wouldn't have Sixth Circle-level protective equipment.
Even for Wizards, creating Alchemy Puppets at the level of Level 6 Creatures is not particularly difficult if one desires.
It's merely that the cost is somewhat high.
Before mastering the Transformation Rules, Richard did not plan to explore this base.
Upon arriving at the One Ring Tower of Truth, Richard used the Teleportation Gate to reach the Central World, and through permissions there, he opened the spatial tunnel to the 3456 world.
The 3456 world is one of the few private worlds of the Plastic Energy Crown.
