Despite consuming all of Wang Qi's mana, the actual effect was as minor as a pinprick.

After the blood thawed, the Sea God Whale's demonic power surged again, organizing a defense anew.
However, Wang Qi's mana recovery speed was cheat-level, with his "mana level" equal to "output limit", and his MP seemed limitless. Thus, he could comfortably launch a second strike.
