The full moon phase has formed, and the "Central Prison" created by the Prison Director is considered the sole target, and the area lockdown is complete.
During this period,
all divinity, non-divinity, living beings, and dead things will be completely confined within. All independent entities with basic consciousness will be made into "players."
No means can escape, and any direct or indirect act of escaping will result in being marked.
A marked player will not only have their location fully exposed but will also suffer from the continuous influence of the moon's burn.
