"Luo Di, get up and eat!"
The voice of his mother roused Luo Di from his dreams,
he sat up groggily, looking at the familiar layout of his bedroom, then glanced at the alarm clock on the bedside table—it was already noon.
Plop!
A strange noise occurred when he stepped into his slippers,
looking down, he was startled to see two tongues beneath his feet, but upon closer inspection, they turned back into normal slippers.
Even though it was just a trick of the eye, he found himself somewhat sensitive to tongues, instinctively playing with the one in his mouth, swirling it around, a habit formed over time.
After a simple wash,
Luo Di playfully stuck out his tongue, checking it in the mirror. His tongue seemed slightly longer than average, with more pronounced papillae, and was more agile.
With a curious mindset,
Luo Di tried out various tongue formations,
folding, curling, or shaking it,
each achieved with ease,
