"I... squeak... feel... uh... hee..." The voice of the Holy Saint was messy, and his figure flickered now and then, sometimes as if it was pixelated like a glitch.
"Stop stop stop, your voice is giving me a headache." Gu Shanhai quickly interrupted the Holy Saint, realizing that he was beyond saving.
As those chaotic, broken rules merged into the world, the Saints too started having problems.
Gu Shanhai wasn't affected simply because his identity was recent and had no actual connection with the world. Even if there were connections, they were only through a page of the Time History Book, so if that page was corrupted, Gu Shanhai was unaffected.
As for the divine-related items he acquired, one had turned into a seed of the transcendent tree, and another was still under development. Plus, they were in Gu Shanhai's body and forcibly disconnected from any influence.
