"Hey, hey, are you kidding me?" Kerky said incredulously, "I put in so much effort, and yet four years ago the troupe fell apart!"
"You overworked yourself!" Gongsun Ce replied irritably, "You shameless sidekick of that Grey, how dare you boast here. Get lost!"
"So Grey's cover was blown? How did she die?"
"I killed her with my own hands."
"Oh~"
Kerky sighed and fell silent. She placed her hands behind her head, quietly walking beside Gongsun Ce. The sigh carried no trace of regret or resentment, as if she had long anticipated such an outcome. It seemed this woman was a madman driven by the despair of chasing dreams; even when witnessing the death of an old friend, she felt no pity. At most, she would jovially visit the grave, sing a song, and utter some nonsense like, "Sister, safe journey, I'll be there soon" as her farewell.
