"Sister Zhenfan, how have you been lately?"
"What do you mean lately? We just saw each other a little over a week ago." Zhenfan smiled slightly, "Bullied by the girls again?"
"Your second statement is so puzzling that it leaves me completely confused."
"You wouldn't come to Sister Zhenfan if you hadn't encountered personal issues."
On the other end of the phone, Ah Ce was clearly startled: "The way you put it makes me sound like some womanizing jerk."
"Aren't you?" Zhenfan retorted.
"There are differences between jerks, and I consider myself slightly above the unrecyclable category." Ah Ce justified himself, "Honestly, this time it's not about being bullied..."
"Oh, really?"
Zhenfan was slightly surprised. She hadn't expected him to reach out for something other than seeking help. Her mood became more cheerful, and her tone was as light as a feather: "So, what do you want to tell me this time?"
