The next day, Ye Fan arrived at the company. "Honey," he said to Su Qingxue, "I need to ask for some time off."
"To go where?" Su Qingxue asked. She always had a bad feeling whenever Ye Fan asked for time off.

Ye Fan was furious. As a man, having to constantly walk on eggshells around a woman was maddening. He asked coldly, "Are you approving this or not?"
"Denied," Su Qingxue huffed, crossing her arms. When it came to being aloof, she was far more convincing than Ye Fan. His coldness was just an act, while hers was innate.
Suddenly, Ye Fan started begging. "My dear wife, please approve it! Just this once, okay? For the sake of our marriage, please, just this one time!"
