In the Congress meeting room, Senator Cleveland sat in his seat, smoking, while looking at some intelligence gathered from the Yalan Region.
Since they decided to take action in the Yalan Region, it's impossible not to do any preliminary investigation and just foolishly charge in.
Since last year, Congress has been infiltrating the Yalan Region through the Ministry of Defense and the Federation Intelligence Bureau, with some intelligence personnel already inside the Yalan Region.
Yalan, as a poor, backward, and very chaotic place on the planet, is home to various ethnicities, so it's not surprising for Federation intelligence personnel to infiltrate it.
According to unofficial statistics, parts of the Yalan Region are somehow considered must-visit countries by tourists from developed nations.
