In the early morning, a gentleman drove away from home, and just as he was about to enter the Starlight District, he suddenly noticed a few guys wearing hard hats blocking the middle of the road.
One of them was waving a signal flag—red and white striped wooden stick with a red flag, making it quite conspicuous.
"Sorry, sir, we're working on the sewer manhole covers here, so this area is temporarily closed."
The gentleman glanced at the already opened manhole cover and shook his head slightly. "You could cover it when you're not going in or out!"
He even made a closing gesture with his hands—the wrist of his right hand pressed against the back of his left hand, and then his right hand made a pressing motion, looking like a closing clip.
However, the worker blocking him smiled and explained, "We're about to break the ground and build a wall around here, so I'm sorry, but we can't let you pass."
