Panda stepped out of the elevator and stood in the lobby, glancing around, his face quickly lighting up with a happy smile.
He walked towards the small sofa set where Lisa was sitting, his gaze fixed on Lisa's slightly rounded belly, which held his child.
He had once fantasized about his own marriage and family, but the object of those fantasies at the time were some students from the girls' school next door, and even... a nun.
He would have shameful dreams about living a happy life with those girls who had appeared around him.
But life was clearly not that simple, as he had dated girlfriends, all of which ended in failure.
Only Lisa made him feel a sense of madness; he liked this woman and looked forward to their child together.
Until Panda sat down, it seemed Lisa hadn't noticed him, as her gaze was focused outside the glass wall.
