The now Henry who is resting well in a bed in the inn is made to wake up by the knocking of the door. Henry who was half asleep dragged his body to the door where he met a huge warrior with a shining armour with a sun crest engraved on it. He was a royal guard of the palace who is on a task to bring Henry before the King.
At the palace, Henry was taught the basic manners which he requires to be present in front of the King. After few hours of rigorous training he was finally in front of the king who unified the continent, king Dan. Henry knelt before his royal majesty and greeted the king. The throne room was quiet. The king asked Henry to get up. He was not sure of what was happening and why he was there. He raised his head to look at the king. He was so magnificent which justified all his past merits. The king spoke. He spoke of a reward for Henry, who saved prince Mark from the clutches of the kidnapper. The reward he spoke of was a title of baron. The court voiced their rejection at the title of baron being awarded to a nobody, but soon fell into deep silent when the king said the name of the place which he was a baron of. It was the land of Verna. It was a land spoiled by the demonic energy. It bore no plants and was at the border between the kingdom and the demonic plains. It's rivers were dry and only the natives lived there. But Henry doesn't know this as he was still in the shock of the king providing him a title and land. In this shock he replied "yes, Thank you". Thus, he became a baron with a governance over the land of Verna.
Leaving aside the title and land, he was happy with meeting Mark who came to meet him after the meeting with the king. Mark congratulated him for obtaining the title and he dragged him into his carriage. There Mark gave a letter to him. The letter was titled " the report on Henry". It contained the information of Henry before he lost his memories. He used to be a soldier of the land of Verna, who got lost during the war when the demonic monsters rose from the river that ran through the land. The report said that his parents were still residing in Verna. Henry on reading this was both in joy and sadness. He was happy that he found his identity but was sad that he doesn't remember himself. Mark encouraged him to look on the bright side of finding his identity. Thus Henry left the carriage behind and went to the inn.
"Thank you, father" said prince Mark kneeling before the king. King dismissed him. He then called onto his aide who responded with "Yes, your majesty". He asked him to provide some initial sum to Baron Henry to help him with managing the territory. He then claimed that he intended to grant him the fertile lands of Deryl for saving his son, but he was made to change the land award to Verna as advised by the ministers. "Well let's hope that he does not find my reward too little."
In a dark corridor, "Who in the hell is that bastard. He has not only Mark's but also the King's attention. To think that he would get the title of Baron so fast." "My lord, shall we dispose of him". The man who is said to be the lord here orders his underling to let lose the monsters in Verna. He also says, "Let's see how he manages to survive there, in the worst place under the kingdom of Dan." He leaves a Villainous Laughter as he leaves the hall that is covered with dark demonic mists.
At the inn where Henry is currently resting, "wow, night do you know what I found today. It is my Identity. But I don't know whether I can truly accept this." Henry deep in thought lets out a deep sigh and says, " Anyway I should still head there." And thus, Henry who found his Identity has decided to go to Verna.
