The summer in the Capital is really hot, especially at noon, to the point where you could fry an egg on the pavement.
An Yi hurriedly walked back with a sunshade in her hand.
The heat was extreme, and even with the umbrella, her face was red from the heat, feeling drenched in sweat and thoroughly uncomfortable.
Just as she was nearing home, An Yi was thinking of having a popsicle first and then getting Liu Dalian to make her a bowl of cold noodles, when suddenly someone cut in from the side.
"Senior Sister Pei."
The one who blocked An Yi was a sophomore junior.
The guy was quite tall, probably over six feet, rather skinny, and looked a bit scholarly. He smiled shyly before speaking, "Senior Sister, this is for you."
The guy took out a box with a bow that he didn't know how long he had been holding.
Anning smiled, "What's this?"
