In an abandoned warehouse that was being used as Allied's headquarters, everyone was gathered there. At this moment Xiaolung was seen getting jumped by everyone
"The best way to get stronger is to get your ass handed to you. Yup yup." Haneul said nodding his head in approval
Xiaolung no longer able to hold on any longer collapsed to the floor unconscious
"He definitely has gotten stronger. Good"
Haneul then takes a cigarette out of his pocket and starts smoking it.
"It's time to expand," he said
"Huh?"
They all turned to look at him and see what he meant by that.
"We're going to slowly start conquering areas of Gangbuk. And create businesses like bars arcades and anything similar."
"How do we start?" Daniel the first one to respond looked serious ready to do what was necessary
"Go around the area and recruit the leaders from East and South Gangbuk High. Any means necessary of course."
"Understood," they all said in unison
"Ah. Not many of you have to go. They're not that strong. Choose amongst yourselves who will go" Haneul said

He then soon came across people wearing South Gangbuk High uniforms and started walking toward them.
"Oi. Where the fuck is your leader" Vin said looking at the two students
"Who the fuck are you huh?" one of them said
In the next second Vin grabbed him with one hand and threw him like trash.
"You wanna try me too bastard?!" enraged Vin said
"N-n-no. H-he can be found there" he said pointing somewhere
"Lucky me," he said walking toward where he was pointing
As soon as he started walking towards the place he saw figures start emerging with Seok Kang leading the front.
"Very lucky indeed." Vin now smiling
"You're gonna regret messing with my crew," Seok said
"Blah blah," Vin said while picking his nose with his pinky
"BASTARD" Seok enraged rushed at Vin
He tried to attempt a wrestling move on Vin but noticed that he couldn't move the person in front of him.
"Wrestling huh?"
In the next second Vin Jin didn't bother using Judo and just slapped and sent Seok Kang flying into a wall.He then took off his sunglasses and as soon as he did the people around him starting backing up.
"M-MONSTER"
In response to this Vin Jin just smiled and in the next second, he rushed at the group of students and completely annihilated them.
"It's always better being able to see," he said putting his shades back on
As soon as he did so Seok Kang then woke up to the sight of his crew being all knocked unconscious.
"H-how long was I out for him to do this "
Vin Jin then got a call on his phone and threw it at Seok Kang.
"It's for you"
"W-what?"
He then put the phone up to his ear and heard a voice.
"Is this Seok Kang" Haneul said
"Who is this" he asked
"I'm the guy who ordered this to happen"
"YOU BASTARD," Seok said enraged
"Now now calm down. I have a proposition for you" Haneul said over the phone
"YOU DESTROY MY CREW. AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO LISTEN TO A DEAL?!"
"They barely have some wounds. If you keep acting like this. We'll truly destroy your crew and have someone take your place. Would you like that Seok Kang?" Haneul said nonchalantly
"N-no."
"Good. Now. You'll keep your position but no more drugs and you'll work with us and we'll help you gain more money which will be shared. Understood?"
"Fuck" Seok Kang said giving up
"Perfect. Now pass me the phone to the scary guy in front of you" he said
Seok Kang then proceeded to stand up and hand the phone over to Vin Jin which he put up to his ear.
"Alright," Vin said
He then proceeded to give Seok a paper with Haneul's phone number and walked away.

In South Gangbuk High territory Jun-Seo is walking with a hoodie on towards a group of students from South Gangbuk taking off his hoodie slowly.
"Would y'all mind telling me where I can find someone named Jaeha Han?"
"The fuck you want with our boss?" one of them said
"This could've been done way easier," Jun said sighing
In the next second the guy who asked the same question is sent flying across his fellow students and knocked out cold.
"G-GET HIM"
They all rush at Jun-Seo and try to hit him but it's useless as he dodges all of their attacks.
"Slow"
He then starts hitting each of them with a quick jab to their chins and knocking each of them out effortlessly. He leaves one who is now in fear due to everyone being on the floor.
"Now. Would you mind telling me where I can find him?" he asked with a smile
"F-fuck you"
Jun then punches him in the face and knocks the person out. In the next second a figure emerges outside of a bar.
"You're the one who did this to my guys?" Jaeha said smoking a cigarette
In the next second he rushes at Jun with a attempt to hit him in the head with a kick which Jun blocks.
"Weak"
Jun then hits him in the abdomen with his other hand and plummets Jaeha to the ground. Jaeha doesn't give up as he shortly gets up quick and tries again to hit Jun only to end up in the same state.
"Who are you?" he asked calmly on the ground
"I'm Jun-Seo. Here to recruit you"
Extending a hand Jun had a smile on his face. He then called Haneul and passed the phone to Jaeha.
"Is this Jaeha"
"Yeah"
"Good. I have a deal for you."
