He didn't expect the Forsaken Immortal to be this crafty. Of course, with the forsaken seer still alive, he knew the other forsaken immortal was merely following her directions.
But even so, Kent was slightly amused by the fact that the forsaken immortal couldn't have made his move when he was under the assault of the dragons.
Why wait until a deadly, explosive arrow heads his way before making a move?
That, in a way, didn't make sense to Kent. However, he also didn't take the threat the tower warned him about for granted.
If anything, there is this inkling at the back of his mind telling him he had forgotten something. But no matter how hard he thought, he couldn't figure out what.
So he put it at the back of his mind and wished it wasn't something life-threatening.
