Astrid, the referee appears in the center of the court. "TRULY FASCINATING! But the first half is over and team blue is out!" she makes a twirl, "On to the second half! After a short break." She grins and vanishes into smoke.
Nytri forces herself out of a plant monster covered in green liquid, she look at Kalean shaking the liquid off, "Seriously!"
Kalean blushes with embarrassment, "Sorry." She walks off to join her team and they strategize.
Astrarigel lands before Nytri with sparkly eyes, "I'm sorry." you could almost see a tail drooping behind him.
Nytri pats his head, "You did good, not a lot of people capable of keeping Dia occupied." Nytri glances at Dialdelios and Dia bows at Nytri with a smile and leaves with her team.
Twennysi is with the blue team walking off the court with an exasperated look, "Oh man, we lost. And I thought we had the time to kick this into a draw match."
Raine sighs, "We tried our best. With our team, defense was the best option since we're only heavy hitters trying to keep up with the swift." Dialdelios looks towards a snack stand serving biscuits Nytri enjoy.
Wan rubs the back of his neck, "I wonder, if I had use WIND NFRAM to blow everyone off the field, would we get a chance?" he shrugs and they get off the field. They have a rest from the game and later join the spectators.
Nytri walks off with her team towards the snack stands then she sees Dialdelios walking to her with snacks. Nytri's mouth twitches, "At least let me see the choices."
Dialdelios shakes her head, "I know your preferences." She smiles and hands the snacks to Nytri. Dialdelios looks hesitant, "Also, about King Golem….."
Nytri takes a bite, "What about him?" she look at Dialdelios. Dialdelios twiddle with her fingers, "It's nothing." She says and walks away.
Nytri shrugs and continues eating the snacks, "So guys, how will we play the next game?" she glances at her team, "Ivan's probably going to be a pain in the butt with his ENERGY FUSION skill." They reach a bench and Nytri sits down with her team around her.
Ereveen muses, "How about turning the energy around us into CHAOS energy when he tries that. No one can control Chaos energy."
Nyx has her hands behind her head, "Yeah, that's a bad idea. If the energy becomes Chaotic, it could create random spells at random targets. Worse case and our skills become messed up, using the wrong skills at the right time kind of stuff." She makes a ball of darkness and puts it over her head so sunlight doesn't touch her, making her completely black.
Nytri sighs, "Nyx, why do you keep the light from yourself? You should shine wherever you go."
Nyx looks at Nytri with a blank look, "I'm a shadow being by nature, the darkness is my home. I am the darkness."
Zephyr sighs, "Isn't that what Lucian said and we couldn't find him for weeks?" He mimics a noble demeaner, "I'm the land beneath your feet, the wind that blows in your face. I am everywhere." He mimics Lucian then he crosses his legs.
Nytri has a frustrated look, "Yeah," She looks at the ground, "It took me 27 days to find him. Luckily he skipped cleaning so I found him by scent." She rest her back on the bench looking up, "Anyway Nyx, don't be quick to become the darkness."
Nyx sighs, "Alright," she regains her color, "So, we know we can't track Lucian, Isadora does the strangest thing so keeping an eye on her is a pain. Minerva being elemental can literally become air but easier to find, Sivendyto won't leave the goal empty and Foru appears in places you least expect her."
Zephyr nods making diagrams in the sand below them, "Thalassa is yet to use her DIMENSIONAL HOLDING. I guess only mum can get out of her grip, so we make sure to avoid getting close to her. Wanwanfi is super slow so if we draw her away, we just pass the ball over her. Sera and Seren, the twins intuition is extremely dangerous so I say we make a lot of feints to confuse them. Kalean can CONTROL NATURE so she's everywhere."
Astrarigel scoffs, "Naked fires will keep her in check." Nytri flicks him on his forehead, "Don't bully your sister." Astrarigel covers his forehead and acts as if he's been wronged.
Zephyr looks at Nytri, "The most dangerous person is Ivan. He's by far the only one able to push you to use BERSERK MODE during spars even with your clones. Can you handle him? Mum?"
Nytri rubs her chin, "Honestly, I doubt it... I can pin him down but I can't escape from him when I get the ball." Nytri looks closer at the diagrams.
Astrarigel points at Ivan diagram, "Then how about Wanwansi takes Ivan." He looks at Wanwansi, "You're the best at martial art, so you can keep him occupied with your blocking techniques."
Wanwansi nods, "That is true, Ivan won't be able to escape once I pin him." He looks around, "We have to face 2 teams and we're not enough."
Nytri stands up, "Then we improvise!" she starts walking to the Yellow court, "It's not like we're the only ones having difficulties with a strategy." She glances over to see Isadora scratching her hair so hard gold dust is trickling down, "Someone's mind is about to blow." Steam comes from Isadora's head and she falls on her back in resignation. Foru chuckles and puts Isadora's head on her lap.
"Besides," Nytri speaks, "If things get touch, Zephyr could scare the crap out of everyone and we'll waltz to the goal. Easy peasy." Zephyr freezes, Nytri looks at him raising a brow, "You never considered that?" Zephyr grins like horror and Astrarigel shudders keeping his distance.
The 3 teams gather on the field ready to play, Astrid appears with her usual excitement. "Siblings and cousins! Round 2 is here!" she picks up the ball, "Let's play!" she tosses the ball into the sky and vanishes. The 3 teams make their moves but somethings different.
Time moves slowly and Nytri looks around her with surprise, since she's an attacker she's at the forefront. Isadora, Sivendyto, Foru and Lucian of team red, Thalassa, Sera, Seren and Wanwanfi of team green all charge at Nytri. They glance at each other at having the same thought, they grin at Nytri. Nytri moves back acting surprised but red circuits appear in a circle around Nytri with all 8 inside, they missed Nytri's circuits thinking they caught her off guard.
The ground starts rising like a circle around Nytri and black metal with circuits like claws rise up and covers them. Isadora sees a shadow cast over her and notices…..she messed up big time. The black metal covers them *THUD!* everyone watch with blank looks.
Astrarigel notices this and flies like the wind grabbing the ball, he flaps his wings towards the red goal. Kael turns into lightening and arrives before Astrarigel, he makes a lightening cage around Astrarigel. Minerva is blocked by Nyx, Minerva turns into a raging inferno but Nyx turns into darkness and covers Minerva up completely.
Wanwanfi tries to burn like a bright light to push Nyx out of her way but Ereveen appears before her and shouts *YAAAAGHHHH!* a shockwave pushes Wanwanfi back for about 30 meters. Kalean makes roots grow but Zephyr changes into a blob and Kalean freaks out stopping her attack.
Wanwansi stands before Ivan and Ivan tilts his head with a smile, "Wanwansi, you can't stop me."
Wanwansi scowls, "Who said my intention is to stop you?" Ivan charges at Wanwansi but Wanwansi spreads his arms and claps very loud. The sound stuns Ivan for a moment but Wanwansi is right before Ivan, "Shall we relax? MARTIAL ART > SPATIAL STASIS" he touches Ivan on his chest, Ivan tries to avoid Wanwansi's hand but fails. Wanwansi touches Ivan and they both freeze, not moving at all.
Ivan's eyes glows but he moves very, very slow trying to get Wanwansi's hand off him. Astrarigel looks at Kael, "Interesting huh, big brother?" Astrarigel takes a concert conductor's wand and rolls it in his hand then pointing it at Kael, Kael smiles wryly. Astrarigel spreads his arms wide, "REGAL CONCERTO NUMBER 13." Music plays from the surroundings along with his movements. Kael covers his ears.
The spectators watch in awe because to them, no one has moved since Nytri trapped the others. That's right, all the players are under an illusion. Zephyr snickers walking to the red goal with the ball, "Just a little COGNITION FLAW ILLUSION and you all get delusional. Luckily all those capable of sensing this trick are with Mum and you're all to focused on the others to think they did nothing." Zephyr throws the ball to the goal, "Such a shame it's an area illusion or my team wouldn't be in it. All I needed was 3 seconds before you figured it out."
*ALARM BLARES GOAL!!* 1 Point to Yellow team.

- ENERGY FUSION: A skill used by Ivan capable of gathering all kinds of energy in an area like a sucking black hole. When use right, can even prevent external skills and spells from activating. Used on anyone below half of Ivan's level and they'll lose all their EP and die of exhaustion.

- COGNITION FLAW ILLUSION: One of Zephyr signature skill, creates a minute Illusion that fuels on one's imagination. It makes you daydream if you give in to it. Azurian's are resistant to Illusions but they can daydream. You have to be someone totally realistic like Isadora and others who rarely daydream to know whether it's real or just daydreaming.
- Daydreaming is not a flaw, it's actually a good thing that let's you visualize what you want to do. Zephyr takes advantage of that to make a dream you want. The flaw is making you dive too much into it to forget reality.
