She was late that day as there was something she had to tend to.
Cynthia nodded. "Yes, I am."
Out of a sudden, the lady became emotional.
She sprinted forward and held Cynthia's hand. "Ms. Cynthia, I never expected to meet you here tonight. After you cured me, I've always wanted to thank you but couldn't find you anywhere."
"No worries; it's part of my job as a nurse," Cynthia replied.
"Thank you, Ms. Cynthia. You really are a benevolent nurse!" the lady exclaimed.
After that, she introduced Cynthia to everyone.
It turned out that previously, a body checkup showed that the lady had cancer cells in her body, and they were spreading to her other organs. She visited many hospitals, but there was nothing much the doctors could do to cure her.
Then, fate brought Cynthia to her, and she fully recovered under Cynthia's care.
"Although Ms. Cynthia is just a nurse, her medical skills are absolutely brilliant. Many doctors nowadays are not comparable with her." The lady praised.
