Michelle stepped out of Red Velvet House and started wandering the streets lazily, thinking about what she had just found out. It turned out both the city she was in and the Sloan family were bothersome opponents.
The Sloan family consisted of many small branch families, and the city had an intricate system protecting the heads of two families and hiding the identities of those above them.
With the Sloan family, Michelle knew that clashing was inevitable, but she didn't have to get into a fight with the city. She was looking for information about it for two reasons.
The first one was simple. She was curious about the sect-like city. And the second wasn't that special either. To get better information about the Sloan family, her real target, she had to have at least some understanding of the city. So she would know where to look for the information.
