Chapter - 19: Spirits x Dragons
-----
'How did I end up in this situation again?' I could only think as I watched my two spirits with their butts up and their cheeks touching the grass of my inner world.
It was truly a magnificent sight. I felt my penis begin to harden and had to take a deep breath as a wave of heat escaped my lips, as if my body was trying to release the internal tension.
"Yes, King, mark us as your followers," Yuki exclaimed enthusiastically as she leaned forward and twerk provocatively, her cheeky smile full of excitement and lust.
Next to her, Thessa remained still, unable even to meet my gaze. "..." She couldn't say a word. All she did was curl into her arms, her face completely flushed and hidden, as if she wanted to disappear from the shame or the intensity of the moment.
It was almost ironic to think that this entire situation had come about because of her own idea, driven by her stubborn determination to not lose against Yuki in any way.
And now, there she was, crushed by embarrassment, while Yuki, on the other hand, seemed to be enjoying every second, full of enthusiasm and pride for having surpassed Thessa in something that, in their own way, had turned into a competition.
With the stamp firmly in my hand, I approached them. I took a moment to savor the situation. "You really are a couple of little perverse spirits," I murmured with a faint smile.
I placed the stamp first on Yuki's exposed skin, and she let out an exaggerated moan, a mix of pleasure and relief, her body jolting slightly as the mark was imprinted on her.
Next, I repeated the gesture on Thessa, who shivered under the touch, biting her lip to prevent any sound from escaping.
When everything was finished, both of them remained kneeling beside me, their bodies pressed against mine. The freshly imprinted marks glowed with a faint reddish light.
I could have made them invisible, but since they didn't seem displeased—in fact, they almost seemed proud to wear them—I decided to leave them as they were, without saying anything.
I knew that, from this moment on, things would be much easier for me, as I would be able to share my talents with them, train them, and leverage their abilities to strengthen our group even further.
As I reflected on all this, I took out my company smartphone, which had appeared with a simple desire for me to have it, to check for any updates. Sure enough, there were new notifications about captures, and my credits had jumped from 1 to a solid 127.
Before, I only had that single credit left from my initial Chargen build, but now, thanks to the capture of my new spirits, I had earned a decent amount of credits.
I quickly opened the "Followed" tab to check the situation. As expected, it showed only me, Yuki, and Thessa. Both of them were classified as Tier 7, which explained my credit gain.
Additionally, the two Zangetsu offered me an extra advantage: they guaranteed a passive discount on some of the defenses I had already purchased earlier.
Basically, thanks to their presence in my follow-up, I had received an extra bonus of 6 credits. This was due to the discounts applied on [Body Defense], [Stress Defense], and [Possession Defense], all essential defenses I had acquired at the start of my build.
It was a small gain, sure, but every credit mattered, especially now that I was starting to plan more strategic purchases and long-term investments.
Unfortunately, I wasn't getting the discount on any of the other defenses, which meant I'd have to wait a bit longer before purchasing anything to avoid wasting credits.
Once I buy [Fate Defense], [Paradox Defense] will be a smart deal. A solid pickup for when I start dealing with Yhwach—especially since I have no intention of getting cornered by his traps.
This and also [Drain Defense]. An extra assurance that the big final boss won't try to absorb my powers in some way.
I hadn't expected to earn any more credits until the start of the main canon, so I was a bit confused but definitely satisfied.
With 127 credits still available, I started seriously thinking about how to invest them: I could buy a level 6 character from Sweet Home, or get a bunch of bait to attract other girls to add to my follow-up.
Damn, with these credits, I could even buy a Waifu Sensei from another world and use the [Added Potential] function to learn their power system.
I was already imagining summoning a Tsunade to learn Senjutsu and the Strength of a Hundred Seal jutsu, or maybe Yuki Tsukumo or Utahime Iori, both level 7 and 6, great candidates to learn cursed energy that would combine well with my Hollow side.
And then there was also Glynda Goodwitch, another definitely interesting option: purchasing her would finally unlock my Aura, drastically increasing my resistance and physical abilities with a special ability dictated by my soul.
Basically, Jutsu, jujutsu, Aura.
Everything purchased with [Added Potential] starts at level 0. Even with Talents, it would take too long to train them and bring them to an adequate level...
Unless I manage to capture Yukino, I'll be missing out on a massive opportunity. With that ambulatory hyperbolic time chamber of his, gaining access to his Fullbring would solve most of my training problems in no time.
It wasn't at all bad, all the possibilities opening up in front of me. It was clear that each choice could determine not only the immediate strength of my future path but also its long-term development.
And this was without even considering more complex and strategic choices that, although requiring greater effort, would guarantee much more substantial benefits over time.
I then decided to do some quick research on my company phone to better explore the options available to me. Flipping through the database, I found some really interesting girls that I could summon or purchase.
Starting in order, the first one that caught my attention was Yamahira (from the world of Magi), classified as Tier 6. Her main appeal was her connection to the Rukh.
"Oh, she has a nice pair of tits. I'm sure she'd give great Titjobs," Naturally, I had to support the comments from my perverted spirit.
Anyway, the Rukh, in that world, represents the primary source of Magoi, the energy necessary to perform magic and manipulate the forces of nature. It's an omnipresent phenomenon, intrinsically tied to the cycle of birth, life, and death.
Those who live by the flow of the Rukh accept a universal truth known as the "Guide of the Rukh," often interpreted as "Fate" in that universe.
To explain simply, the concept of the Rukh is very similar to the Great Spirit in Shaman King: a natural and vital connection to the universe itself.
Gaining a connection to the Rukh would mean not only being able to manipulate the natural magical energy but also, perhaps, influencing "fate" in my favor.
An extremely powerful prospect if developed correctly, especially if it could somehow help me counter the omnipotence of Yhwach.
Then there was Medea, a choice that truly deserved attention. (Though, I admit, for a moment my mind wandered to Rin... ugh, her perfect ass had nothing to do with the matter.)
A disciple of the goddess Hecate, the deity of magic and spells, Medea had a mastery of witchcraft that few, if any, could match.
"She looks like the kind of BDSM masochist who deserves a few spankings and your cock in her face, and she would already be kneeling in front of you sucking you like a good pet for as long as you want."
...By choosing it, I would have direct access to the vast magical system of Fate, a system capable of accomplishing almost anything—provided one has enough magical power, knowledge, and time available.
Unlike other systems that impose strict limits, magic in the world of Fate is highly flexible and incredibly versatile: barriers can be created, entities summoned, reality itself altered, or even time and space manipulated.
And the best part? My body was perfectly suited for this kind of power. Thanks to the Artoria Template I had already obtained, my physical form had a natural connection with magical circuits and an extraordinary aptitude for using mana.
It was still to be seen, but for now, it remained certainly the most suitable choice for me. Then, there was someone who genuinely interested me, as they adapted well to me.
Evangeline A.K. McDowell.
"She looks like fun to play, especially because she would have a loli shape. It would be fun to see her on your lap as a little brat and give her a good spanking for being a bad girl."
'Ok, I was starting to get excited...'
The thought of being able to learn Erebea magic from her would have been a huge step forward for my future development, especially because I was incredibly curious to see how my body would react to such a brutal and powerful art.
Mastering Erebea Magic meant fusing magic with one's body, turning pain, despair, and even death into pure strength.
If I could adapt, I would become a living weapon.
And then, last but certainly not least...
Scáthach.
The Queen of the Land of Shadows. The second choice after Medea, since she was the one who had trained legendary heroes and had become immortal by challenging death itself.
"Oh, I like this one much more than the others!" Yuki exclaimed from behind me while looking at her phone. "I wouldn't mind at all seeing her with her big ass wide open while your sperm spills out of it."
"Of course, you'd like that," I replied mentally, unable to hold back an ironic smile.
Scáthach was a battle-crazed warrior, a Master in the art of hand-to-hand combat, ancient runes, and the absolute mastery of both body and spirit. If I had her training, it would not only mean improving in martial arts, but with her vast experience, she could make me even more terrifying.
"Now I just had to decide in which direction I wanted to push my potential. I didn't intend to buy anything right away, but I was thinking about a few possibilities.
And most importantly, I was trying to recall the franchises from my previous life to choose characters related to the theme of 'Dragons of Destruction' for when I would have enough credits.
And I must say the options weren't bad at all. Azi Dahaka from Mondaiji, Syn Shenron from Dragon Ball GT, and the Alduin The Elder Scrolls - Skyrim were all serious possibilities:
True archetypes of evil dragons in their respective universes.
One of these, in the end, would definitely become a Template for me, along with Sung Jin-Woo or Antares — although I was still thinking about the latter.
I couldn't forget Mahoraga from Jujutsu Kaisen, King Ghidorah and Acnologia from Fairy Tail either...
The problem was simple: the number of models I could accumulate was limited by the geometric progression of costs. The first three models were relatively inexpensive.
But after the fifth, the prices started to become prohibitive.
From the seventh model onward, it was almost ridiculous, starting at 20 credits, 40, 80, 160, 320, 640, 1280. Practically every purchase doubled the price of the next one. A standard contractor could only buy models of level 10 or lower, so I had to plan carefully.
I had to choose my future models exclusively from those of level 9 or 10. Sung Jin-Woo and Antares cost 500 credits each — affordable. While the 'Three Dragons of Chaos' (as I liked to call them) cost around 1,000 credits, but they would still be worth it.
In the end, I didn't regret choosing cheaper models like Whitebeard and Artoria: they were a solid foundation to build on, and I got them at really good prices.
I also had in mind a somewhat 'smarter' idea to really maximize my potential. However, to think of executing it, I would first have to clarify some doubts, and the only one I could ask was my spirit, who at that moment was gently cuddling against my chest.
'In the future, do you think it would be possible if I managed to unlock my true potential?' My voice was low, almost a whisper, as I slowly stroked her.
I didn't need to explain what I meant: Thessa was a part of me, she knew my thoughts even before I fully formed them.
She looked up at me, her bright eyes full of awareness. She remained silent for a moment, putting on a thoughtful expression.
Then, with complete composure, he responded, "If you continue to grow at this pace, yes, it will be possible. And in the near future, your Quincy power will awaken on its own, allowing you to separate fragments of your soul and transfer them into others." I smiled, feeling satisfied.
It was exactly the confirmation I had hoped for.
My plan was simple in theory, but ambitious in practice: to acquire several companions, train them, and then, thanks to Yhwach's power — Soul Distribution — separate parts of my own soul to grant them their own, customized powers.
And then, later, absorb everything back: the soul, the power, and even the progress they had made. Much more efficient than wasting credits on purchases that were becoming increasingly expensive.
After all, if I could implant fragments of my soul into others, it was as if I was really 'capturing' them. And I could grant them any model before pulling it out at the right moment to increase my variety of abilities.
A risky strategy, of course... But if I played my cards right, it would be the key to becoming something far greater than I had ever imagined.
A big smile formed spontaneously on my lips as I enthusiastically scrolled through the catalog on my company phone, looking for my next Tier 7 targets. Every name I read was a potential step toward the absolute power I wanted to achieve.
While I was immersed in my search, I felt a warm breath brush my ear, followed by a sweet, whispering voice: 'You're truly irresistible when you make a smile like that, my King.' I ignored the provocation, though a slight shiver ran down my spine.
It wasn't the time to get distracted, so I tried to focus and finally found what I was looking for: my first targets.
Tatsumi (Tier 7) – The Possessor of Incursio, a living armor created from the body of a dragon, the Tyrant. This armor would not only grant me extraordinary resistance and strength, but it would also give me the ability to evolve and adapt to any environment. From scorching deserts to icy tundras, Incursio would allow me to survive and thrive in any condition.
Basara Toujou (Tier 7) – A hybrid of several races: hero, demon, and god. Acquiring him would grant me an incredible mix of abilities.
