The air in Christopher's room crackled with a strange energy, as thirty-one pairs of eyes, were fixed on Grim, who stood silently within the circle they had instinctively formed, an unsettling presence in the otherwise cozy space.
Christopher leaned back against his headboard, a deep furrow in his brow.
"Now… How in the nine hells are you a sky stage beast?" he demanded, his voice laced with disbelief and a hint of frustration.
Grim tilted his skull-like head, genuine confusion evident in his red eyes.
"A sky stage beast? What manner of creature is that?" Reaper asked.
Before Christopher could formulate an answer, Lazarus answered. "Sky stage beasts are entities that transcend the Divine stage. Their power dwarfs even ours."
"Hmm…" Grim mused, turning his gaze towards Christopher. "I had assumed the master possessed knowledge of such classifications."
