Both Harlow and Lia were nervous about returning to the home they once left behind. Though it's been seven whole years since Lia left, returning to this place brought back all of the memories and emotions she had tried to hide for years.
Both women stared at each other as they stepped out of the jet. "Everything's fine Lia," Harlow whispered calmly and Lia nodded.
"You too." She said and Harlow nodded. They could both sense how nervous they felt even if both women tried to conceal their fear.
For Lia, she could easily blend in with the family but for Harlow, she was worried they would never forgive her for what she did. Especially Grandma Hamilton.
After placing his son in the car, Alanis helped his wife and sister in, before getting in himself. He looked like the happiest man on earth. He had his family back, his wife, and his son.
