Luan City is a special place. It possesses the resources of three empires and hosts a plethora of people, each gathering here for one purpose: to sell their things and acquire what they desire.
Rare materials, mysterious Cultivation Techniques and martial arts, and some highly confidential information—originally, Luan City was not as orderly as it is today. It was once a place of chaos, notorious across the continent. Merchants from various empires wishing to pass through had to ensure strong Martial Artists in their convoy for protection, or pay vast amounts of Gold Coins to ensure a safe passage.
Of course, such a place has two main types of people: one like the Blood Wolf Gang, a band of thieves preying on passing merchant convoys, and the other is mercenaries who protect these traders. However, roles often switch, with mercenaries sometimes turning against the merchants and seizing the goods, an occurrence not uncommon here.
