Diana slowly exited the room, then gently closed the door.
Boloz glanced at the closed door, then set down the basket, taking out a small sandglass from inside.
"Miss Lucina, let me take a look at your wound."
She sat by the bed, turned Lucina over, and lifted her nightgown.
"You looked at it yesterday," Lucina said.
"It's something I need to do every day," Boloz replied.
She looked at Lucina's abdomen and waist; the bandage was white and clean, so she took out a pair of scissors, slipped the blade under the bandage close to the skin, and snipped it open.
Because of the wound adhesive that had been used, the wound on the right side of Lucina's waist and abdomen had now scabbed over. After several days of rest, the bruise on her belly had also faded considerably - simply put, she was almost healed.
"It appears you're recovering much faster than I had anticipated, Miss Lucina," Boloz assessed.
Lucina sat up, looking angrily at Boloz and said, "It could have been faster."
